This session is open to all Junior players. The cost will be $10 per session or $80 for all sessions.
Sessions included in Speed School Athlete dues. You do not need to sign up for the training, instead just show up in indoor training gear. Indoor gear includes indoor runners, rugby shorts (no pockets), tee shirts, water bottles and anything else you may need.
